We have gone through pre-construction planning, the material selection process and completed your dream home all with the help of planning, process and our online system. All of these things don’t end once you have moved in!
Within a few days before or after you move in, a final walk-through will be scheduled to explain all mechanical systems and introduce you to your home. When possible, we try to have your Tradesmen and Vendors explain their products first hand.
When you take possession of your Home, you will receive a Certificate of Occupancy that will verify the local Building Department has inspected and approved the home per current US Building Code Standards. From time to time, construction defects will be identified and will be warranted per the Building Contract. We utilize the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Residential Construction Performance Guidelines as our warranty standards (you will be provided a copy of this warranty at Closing). If an issue is encountered that is not covered by the Residential Performance Guidelines, we will designate that item as a ‘Customer Satisfier’ and do our best to address the item to your satisfaction.
