"We hired Sienna Building Company to build a custom home for us in Caldera Springs Resort and highly recommend this builder! Steven was easily reachable, a pleasure to work with, honest and very experienced. His company's approach of planning and preparing a detailed budget with actual bid prices of our specific selections for each component of the house was excellent in that we knew exactly how much our desired house would cost and could adjust selections as needed in the planning process to keep within our budget. This allowed us to obtain financing for the exact amount we needed. Other builders will just estimate these costs and create an issue for the owner when costs go above those estimated and banks will not loan extra money beyond the original budgeted amount, leaving the owner to come up with extra cash to cover this. With Steven, our build was completed on time in just 8 months (plus 4 months off during the winter) and within the stated budget. We were very happy to be able to build in a luxury resort while still getting great value with Sienna Building Company. We interviewed many builders and Siena Building Company was very reasonably priced and got excellent reviews. Some other builders charge a premium for building in a luxury resort or would lowball price estimates but were not honest. Steven has good relationships with the best subcontractors in the Central Oregon area, was able to negotiate great builder discounts on each part of the house to save us money and was able to line up each subcontractor to come one right after another as needed to avoid delays. These discounts allowed us to make high end selections on many items and still fit within our budget. In addition, the quality of construction was excellent and some guests to our house have even said they want Steven to build their own homes in the area."

"Steve of Sienna Building, is a big guy with a big smile and an honest handshake. He is a zealous advocate for his clients, it’s very reassuring to know that things are getting done properly. He informed us on how he likes to conduct business and how the process would work. It was a two- part process: A Pre-construction Planning Phase and a Construction Phase. The process was open and easy. What might have been a difficult process for us simply wasn’t. Steve was very aware of the cleanliness of the project and the impact that has on the quality of the home , I had one contractor mention to me that he had never worked on such a well-organized site.
